I have a CentOs 5.2 with openldap, Openfire 3.6.4 and Samba 3.2.6 installed on it.
Openfire is integrated with the openldap using posixaccounts.
Samba is integrated the same way.
When i have modified smb.conf file and do a smbcontrol smbd reload-config to take the new config, the openfire server process just disappears.
I have to manually start the server again and then all is normal.
Openfire is integrated directly with ldap and so is samba.
Any clues what is going on?
Where can i look for a log file of openfire?
