Voice Chat Problem

hi

I’m a new user of openfire. I’ve installed openfire Openfire 3.6.0 with all the plugins installed & Spark 2.5.8 with all the plugins.

I’m not able to start computer to computer voice chat, when i connect it it fails after giving the error

VOICE CHAT ENDED: NO MEDIA RECIECED. THIS MAY BE CAUSED BY FIREWALL CONFIGURATION.

Plz help.

Even i am also gettingsame eroor even open my system firewall and open all ports also…
