Web admin error

Hi,

I’‘m running Windows XP, I have downloaded and installed the JRE 1.5, and Jive Messenger 2.2.2. But for some reason I can’'t get into the Jive Web Admin… If I start it up, I get taken to http://127.0.0.1:9090/setup/setup-index.jsp. I choose “english” and click the Continue button. The next page I get says:

HTTP ERROR: 500

I’‘m not sure where to start looking to try and find where the problem is, does anyone have any ideas? (I’'m a total newbie to Jive Messenger)

Hey Paul,

You can check in the logs folder for errors in the log files. Paste any error you see there so we can figure out what’'s going on.
