Hopefully someone out there can provide me with some assistance.
We have Openfire installed with the Fathpath plugin and using Spark for IM. We have an issue in that the Agent Transfer Message that we have set in the Fathpath admin Openfire Admin>Fathpath>Workgroup>Workgroup Settings>Text>Agent Transfer Message
When we tansfer the chat to another agent the customer \ user does not see the Agent Transfer Message currently set to "Your conversation is being transferred to another agent."
The customer will see the below transcript, the text “Your conversation is being transferred to another agent.” does not appear
[2:34 PM] customer1 has joined the room
[2:35 PM] agent1 has joined the room
[2:35 PM] agent1: Hello
[2:35 PM] customer1: hello
[2:35 PM] agent1: I am going to transfer you to my colleague agent2
[2:36 PM] agent2 has joined the room
[2:36 PM] agent1 has left the room
[2:36 PM] agent1 has left the room
[2:36 PM] agent2: Hello my name is agent2
[2:36 PM] customer1: hello
[2:44 PM] customer1 has left the room
