Web interface won't work

I recently installed OpenFire to compare it to the built in IM of Zimbra and I really like it. Unfortunately, I need to use the web interface on most of the machines I connect from but I can’t get tit to work. Everytime I try to connect I receive a 404 error as seen at this link. Can someone provide some incite as to what might be the problem?

I am running OpenFire 3.6.4 on Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit and the problem occurs whether I try to acccess the web interface locally or through the firewall.

Hi,

does your xmpp.domain match the host name (im…com)? Can your server resolve this name?

xmpp.domain originally matched the hostname but I also tried to use the FQDN and it still didn’t work.

This is the page I receive when I attempt to connect:

HTTP ERROR: 404

NOT_FOUND

RequestURI=/
