Webchat does not know agent is available

Hi,

I have installed Openfire Enterprise 3.4.3, Spark 2.5.8 and WebChat plugin on the same server for evaluation. I then tried to use demo to login to Spark client and through Fastpath WebChat I could see demo available for chat. However, if I use demo to login the SparkWeb client (and selected my own OpenFire server) instead Spark, I could not find any available user. Any idea what could possibly have caused this to happen?

Hey fwbh,

Currently sparkweb doesn’t support fastpath, you’ll need to use the spark client to be an agent.
