We are running Openfire 3.6.3 with the webchat plugin. However, when I have agents logged in (verified myself), the icon shows Offline. This is happening during normal business hours and forces us to do a ‘restart’ of webchat via the Glassfish administration site to make it work again.
Every morning we restart our openfire services @ 3am along with webchat. However, this has been happening intermittenly since we have installed the webchat plugin.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for troubleshooting this issue? Please also let me know what other information you require (logs, tcpdump etc…) to help me further.
