We’'re pleased to announce the release of Spark Fastpath. Fastpath is a commercial extension for Wildfire and Spark to add powerful queuing and routing of IM conversations. You can read more about the product and get a 30 day evaluation at:

Spark Fastpath is the new, much easier to use evolution of Live Assistant (hence the 3.0 version number). A big new feature is the ability to make Spark Fastpath requests from inside a normal Spark client; e.g., to contact the HR department or IT Helpdesk. Fastpath also has a special introductory price of $95 per concurrent user.
