I am new to Openfire and so I´d like to what is the sense of the Asterisk Plugin and what can I use it for? Maybe you can tell me the main features…

The main features of Asterisk-IM include:

  • Notification of incoming calls through Spark

  • Originating calls through Spark

  • Presence integration (when you are in a call your IM status is set to “on the phone”)
