first option is not really correct, cause Spark is supporting multiple profiles (you can login with different users), but there is no convinient GUI for doing that
so it is OBVIOUS, people need flashing!
I will pick searching capability in history and includes broadcast msg in it. No business chat are leisure chat anyway, users need all traces and records of msg in and out of the IM. _
