I think most are using Eclipse with Git, Java, Ant modules. Personally i’m not familiar with Eclipse (i’m not a developer at all), so i have Netbeans setup to pull sources from Git and compile. I do not do any development, just build new versions and test (occasionally applying some patches in diff format to test).
