What is this error (Fastpath Related)?

Hi Guys

We have been having a few issues with the Fast Path system, at first we could not push the chat session’‘s through to agents but now this seem’‘s to be working ok however we have 2 queues setup and the chat sessions seem to ignore the routing rule’‘s and now we are generating some very odd error log’'s (SEE BELOW)

We are running Fast Path with the latest version of JETTY…

Anyone got any idea’'s about what the hell is going on ???

How did you fix the issue with agents not receiving requests? We are seeing the same exact issue - our agents are in every way available but they don’'t get any requests…

Hi…

Well we resloved this issue here by removing the Fastpath workgroups and re-creating them, and now we no longer get that error message…

With regards to some of my other post’'s and this is still very odd… we uninstalled Apache Tomcat and installed jetty instead and this seem to working ok to a point but were are having problems routing the chat sessions.

I would be interested to no people’'s setup of the fast path system (what application server are you running) as we are running Openfire and jetty on the same linx server.

What routing logic are you using in the queue? It looks like that’‘s where it’'s choking.

Cheers,

Derek
