now i want to use wildfire for server.

Has some different between “wildfire” and “JabberD2 S7”?

There is basically no difference. That is JEP-0077 In-Band Registration and all servers be it Jabberd2 or Wildfire that claim to be XMPP compliant must support it.

In-Band Registration is not required by XMPP.
