Where are Client Side Macros/Canned Responses Stored?

I have poked around in documents and settings, as well as the installed Spark directory, and I cannot seem to find where the local cache of macros is stored. I know that global canned responses are stored server side, but where are the local macros stored? Thanks in advance.
