Where openfire stocks avatars?

Hello,

Maybe a stupid question, but I don’t find where the avatars are saved. I looked at the database (postgresql) but found nothing (the vcard table doesn’t contain any avatar). I didn’t find any files on the filesystem too…

Where should I look?

Hi,

as long as you don’t get the avatars out of an LDAP directory the avatars or a link to them is stored in the vcard table within the vcard.

Usually as “image/jpeg…” or as “http://example.com/me.jpg”.
