The application in the screenshots is Jive Live Assistant, which is a commercial product for doing live customer chats on websites. More information is at http://www.jivesoftware.com/products/liveassistant.
As more clients add support for the protocol, we’'ll definitely add in a wider variety of screen shots – the current ones are mainly meant as an example.
