Why can´t I add Administrator Account?

Hi,

I am newbie to this and I am having problems.

The last step och the Openfire setup is to add Administrator Account. But whatever user I choose I get error.

“No username was provided or the specified username was not found”

All the steps are ok, the ldap and admin account are tested and ok and I am using an domain admin account.

But the last step wont work…Please help

either the accounts you are trying to add are outside the baseDN or you got a false positive on your other tests. Please post screenshots of the config screens. I don’t need to see the test screens.

I hav fixed the problem no, as you said it was the Base DN

but now i cant login with the account.
