I have a problem with Openfire on Issabel 4. Instant Messaging was working fine and one day it wasn’t. I went so far as to remove and re-install the software. Now it will not start. Can someone help me with this,please?

Hi Quaz! I must admit that I don’t know what Issabel is. A quick Google search shows that it’s related to a PBX?
How is Openfire installed or integrated with Issabel? What versions are used? Did something change that could have triggered the problem? Are there any errors in the logfiles?
