Wildfare cannot start after memory upgrade?

I upgraded to 1GB my server and I get this error:

I have tried to reinstall java/wildfire but no succes

Even tried nightly builds.

Help please!

Are you sure the memory isn’'t faulty?

I think it is, I’'ll try without new module and report later.
