I installed the 3.2.0 Wildfire beta and all worked well. But, as soon as I installed the current IM Gateway beta, none of the users can log onto our server.
Any ideas?

For what’‘s worth… I’‘ve had a slew of problems with 3.2.0 Beta and RC with the IM Gateway plugin. At first it wouldn’‘t load, then it started loading and sorta worked (kept losing outgoing messages on and off), now it won’‘t load the settings or registration pages at all. Worse, I can’‘t see any log entries what-so-ever that help me know what’'s going on.
This is exactly what I am getting. I looked in the plugin folder and the java scripts are missing.

Whoa really? gateways.js is missing? (note that the DWR related ones don’'t actually ‘‘exist’’… they are generated behind the scenes)

Structure wise, that all looks correct.
I can’'t get in to see the url you posted because it requires an admin username and password to get to.
That said, if you are getting the blank screen, you are getting exactly what I’'m getting.
Gato and I tried to debug it yesterday but came up blank. =(
I get “page can not be found” and there are no logs entries of any type created.

Page not found? Hrm. That’‘s definitely not the same as what I’'m seeing. Have you tried wiping the gateway plugin completely and reinstalling it from scratch? (just remove the gateway.jar, let the directory be auto-removed, and then copy a new jar in place)
I have tried both ways… Removing just the .jar and them the whole folder.
Also, I even uninstalled everything and then reinstalled from scratch. When I did this, everything worked until I installed the gateway. Once I installed the gateway (and even removed it) no one can log onto the service.
I get invalid username or password and it will not let me setup new users.
My understanding is that 3.2.0 rc2 will be out soon and it will include a “rebuilt to work properly with 3.2.0rc2” gateway.jar attached to the post. Trying that would probably be the best bet at this point. =/
