Wildfire 3.2 RC - External DB problem in setup

I can’'t configure an external database in the setup wizard…

Always get these errors in the log and can’'t continue?

] Warning: DbConnectionDefaultPool.getConnection() was called before the internal pool has been initialized.

] WARNING: ConnectionManager.getConnection() failed to obtain a connection.

Does this mean I have a problem with the connection properties or is it a problem with the release?
