i have set this up and it looks like everything went fine, i created a new user and am trying to use the Exodus Client to connect but i’m getting the following error from my chat client:

Looking up SRV: xmpp-client.tcp.chat.buytough.com

Got A: 65.23.154.79 5222

SENT: <stream:stream to=“chat.buytough.com” xmlns=“jabber:client” xmlns:stream=“http://etherx.jabber.org/streams” xml:lang=“en” version=“1.0” >

RECV: <stream:error>Disconnected</stream:error></stream:stream>

any idea what i might be doing wrong?

Did you happen to restrict login in the admin console? Your client might attempt login from an unlisted IP address.
