I have Openfire running as a service with default ports. I cannot connect if the Windows 7 firewall is turned on. Turn it off and everything works fine.
When I run the lightbulb program it detects the openfired.exe program and opens a port for it. However, I suspect it is not detecting the openfire service. I tried to create a new firewall entry for the service but that did not work.
Anyone have any experience with this?
