Hi,
I have been trying for hours now to get Meetings to work. I installed the Meeting Plugin but as soon as I try to connect, I see my Video stream for a second and then a black screen with the error message:
“unfortunately something went wrong, we are trying to fix this” …
I have an OpenFire 4.2.3 Windows Server on a Server 2016 x64 Std (yes, no Linux). OpenFire is connected to my domain via LDAP but I have allowed anonymous access.
Installed on my client I have Spark, newest version. I tried using the Meeting with Chrome and Firefox (both latest). Same error.
I have tried mapping a cname (focus.mydomain.de) do my openfire server but that did not help (wherever this focus. comes from).
I am attaching the error logs below. Am I missing anything? Do I need to install this jitsi Bridge? How? Where?
All How-Tos seem for Linux or outdated and they assume you are already knowing how to operate this. I just entered this arena, so I might need step-by-step in some cases.
Please, can someone help me?
