XEP-0071 and 0231 support?

My IM client’s console shows

“Error, no resource supporting XEP-0071 and 0231”

when I am trying to send image to other user connected to our openfire server.

Does this mean those XEPs are not supported by the Openfire?

If so, then will they be supported in the near future?

No, it does mean, that the other user’s client does not support those XEPs.

Those are client-only XEPs. It means that the other client does not support those.

Is there a simple way to check for client support for those XEPs? For example to ask for such an info from protocol’s console?

You usually do this with Service Discovery.
