XMLNS on standard error conditions

Hi all,

The PacketError class does not seem to add (or support the adding of) XMLNS to the standard error conditions. See example 128 of http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0060.html for example (this what I’m implementing at present and testing for). Whilst they may be optional it would be good if they were supported.





I’m happy to add the code myself whether it be a map of standard error condition -> XMLNS or just adding the ability to add and retrieve the namespace, if so please provide your SCM &/or patch details and I’ll get this done.
