Hi,

Is Jive Messenger fully supporting XMPP RFCs 3920 and 3921? What are the areas where support is lacking?

Kiran,

A couple of things are missing from full XMPP compliance:

  • SASL authentication

  • TLS stream negotiation

Full RFC compliance is a high priority after the initial 2.0 launch.
