Hello, we have recently implemented a solution using the Wildfire server and Spark chat client. Previously our users communicated over individual Yahoo accounts. This was functional to a certain extent. It was reported that Spark and Pandion would support the Yahoo transport, which for some users it working fine on but other users are having problems getting logged onto their Yahoo account, at various times… sometimes it connects other times it does not, but appears to be logged in…
Any suggestions on what the problem might be and how to correct it.
