I’'m trying to set up a OpenFire with Spark for office IMs; I have openfire 3.3.2 running on linux (redhat) and spark version 2.5.4 running on win2k.
If I try and send files to or from spark, it fails immediately saying "you were unable to send the file to ", with a “retry” link.
The logs show:

Nothing is seen server side (or the other client).
If I try and transfer files over the same server using pandion it works fine (though sometimes I get the “have to try twice” problem that is reported elsewhere on the boards).
Any ideas?
