There should be a menu option in Psi for “XML Console”. Open it, enable it, and there should also be a save to file button. =)
You can also enable the wildfire debug log (under Logs in the admin console) to get a whole lot of debugging information in your server debug log.
I have the same issue. I have to shut down the gateway and wait till I have some time to investigate… I was using Miranda all the time I think. I also have that issue (might be related to the high cpu load, though) that sometimes the contacts show “groupless” without nicknames, and sometimes correctly (with groups, with nicknames).
