The plugins are on the same page as they always been but link isn’‘t quite as obvious. If you’'re on the downloads page the link is along the top of the Wildfire section along with the links to “Readme | License | Changelog | Nightly Builds | Source Code”.
As for finding older versions of the plugins check out this post by meta75.
