Why am I getting this log?

I don’t know exactly. Openfire is trying to add something to its database that already appears to exist. How did you trigger this?

I am using windows AD server as LDAP on port 389 & HSQL Database Engine 2.7.1

There is no clear relation to the fact that you are using a very large, in memory database, and the error that you’ve been reporting.
