Incorrect display in the Russian locale.
We had such problem on Windows version because Spark is still using Java 8 and it has a bug with Unicode support. So we had to add workarounds, so it would work correctly with Java 8. But it causes this problem with newer Java now. We don’t know how to fix that until Spark is using something newer than Java 8. https://igniterealtime.atlassian.net/browse/SPARK-2160
